Talent Acquisition managers needed a way to view and understand their team’s recruiting performance

Challenge

Design a new analytic experience for Talent Acquisition managers and internal customer service reps to quickly and easily assess sourcing performance using design best practices and working in partnership with product and engineering.

Indeed introduced Smart Sourcing, a new recruitment tool, but did not have a simple way for employers to ass their recruiting performance without having to download all the data and analyze it manually. Through visioning workshops, user and stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis, I designed a new experience for TA managers and internal CS reps to evaluate performance easily. After multiple rounds of user testing and iteration, and through collaboration with product, engineering, and data stakeholders, I was able to design a useful, easy to use, and delightful new experience that was well-received by users.
